Has MA in Economics with a focus on Development Management and Issues and on International Trade Development, has participated in a number of national training courses/seminars on: Gender Mainstreaming, Administration Management, Consultancy Skill Development, Participatory/Rapid Rural Appraisal, WTO etc.

Has over 12 years of professional experience (research and consultancy) in education, tourism, micro finance and enterprise development, organizing seminar/workshop, exposure tours (within the country and in foreign), and translation/development of Bylaws and reports under contracts from development agencies such as DANIDA, Save the Children-US, World Education, IDE, SNV, Education International, WINROCK and undertakings supported by these agencies. Focus of interest and capacity in "Economic-Sociology" and in social issues such as Dalit, poverty, social disparity etc.
