Has MBA degree with a focus on marketing and management issues and bachelors in commerce. Has participated in national and international training courses on Small Business Consultancy, Advance Business Consultancy, Gender, and Project Appraisal.

Has over 17 years of professional experience in development issues. Has worked with World Bank, UNDP, GTZ, CARE/Nepal, SNV, DANIDA and projects supported by them. special focus IS on micro-finance, small and micro-enterprise development, and project and program evaluation. Specific achievements during the last ten years include policy and action research of over 50 development projects, designing human resource policy for micro-finance institutions, designing and implementing Grameen Model of Micro-finance, and staff development training to different NGO members and staff.
